How do I access the procurement pack?
Email security@netallion.com with your company name and the documents you need. We typically respond within one business day.
When will the SOC 2 Type II report be available?
Our SOC 2 Type II observation period begins June 2026, with the report expected in Q3 2026. In the meantime, we can provide our security architecture documentation and CAIQ/SIG Lite responses.
Can you sign a custom NDA before sharing documents?
Yes. We can execute a mutual NDA before sharing sensitive documentation. Send your NDA template to legal@netallion.com or we can provide ours.
Do you support data residency requirements?
Yes. Enterprise plans support data residency in specific regions. Contact sales@netallion.com to discuss your requirements.
Is there a self-serve download for these documents?
Not currently. All procurement documents are distributed via email to ensure we can track access and keep you notified of updates. A self-serve trust portal is on our roadmap.
