Netallion AI Assurance Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of Netallion AI Assurance. It is incorporated into the Netallion AI Assurance Terms of Service.

1) Authorized use only

You must only use the Service with systems and data you are authorized to access and process. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary permissions and lawful bases.

2) Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Use the Service to access, process, or attempt to obtain data from systems you do not own or do not have explicit authorization to use.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Upload or submit malware, or use the Service to distribute malicious content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or non-public APIs except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via automated abuse, excessive load, or denial-of-service activity.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

3) Sensitive data handling

You should not intentionally submit sensitive personal information unless necessary and authorized. You are responsible for minimizing sensitive data in logs and enforcing proper log scrubbing practices in your environment.

4) Security and responsible disclosure

If you discover a security issue in the Service, contact security@netallion.ai and do not publicly disclose until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.

5) Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this AUP, to protect the Service, other customers, or third parties, or where required by law.
